HSNP works with different Government Ministries and agencies to ensure efficient delivery of its cash transfers;
- Ministry of Devolution and ASALs - Responsible for policy direction for HSNP
- Ministry of Labour and Social Protection - responsible for the management of the National Social Protection Programme
- Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government - Community mobilisation, field communications and case management at the community level
- County Governments - Community mobilisation and field communications at the community level
- National Registration of Persons Bureau- NRB - Ensure that beneficiaries have Identity Cards to open bank accounts
- UKAID of the Department of International Department - IPF grant
- International Development Association of the World Bank - loan facility
- Equity Bank Ltd - HSNP payment is delivered by Equity Bank Ltd which was competitively contracted.
