Oxford Policy Management (OPM) is the independent company contracted to carry out external evaluation of HSNP2. The independent evaluation is required to provide evidence on programme performance and impact for use by all programme stakeholders, including: PILU, NDMA, DFID, NSNP and GoK, and other national and international stakeholders. The evaluation will inform future decision-making and accountability for funding, and the wider community interested in cash transfers both nationally and internationally.
